Teach your agent a new chore.

   Install the extension

   Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and pick the extension/ folder (see extension/README.md).

   Record it once

   Click Start recording, do the chore as usual, then Stop and Send to Do It Once.

   Review and save

   Your agent turns the recording into intent steps. Check them, save, and try it.
